Warranty Repairs

Our Redback service department is located at our Perth head office. Depending on the problem we can also service equipment at our Melbourne and Sydney branches. In some cases the unit may need to be shipped back to base for repair.  We do not support servicing and repairs through third party agents. Should your product require a repair, you must contact us first to obtain a Return Authorisation (RA) number.

A copy of the RA will be sent to you via email. This contains instructions on sending the goods back to us. The freight for shipping back to us is at the customers expense. Altronics will pay the return freight to the customer where the warranty claim has been accepted.

Please ensure your goods are sent with a copy of the RA form (or at least the RA number). This will ensure prompt service processing. Keep the RA number handy in case you need to speak with us about your repair.

System Design

PA system design can be a complex and time consuming, and we recommend you engage a professional installer or PA consultant where possible. However we can make recommendations to help you decide which products you might need for your system. Our sales staff have the technical knowledge to help find the right product to fit the needs of your installation/client.

Where can I purchase Redback products from?

Where can I find instruction manuals?

Instruction manuals for all active products are listed under downloads on each product page. For legacy products consult the legacy downloads page to obtain the files you require.

Can I obtain a circuit diagram for my product?

We do not provide circuit diagrams for our products. We recommend you return the item to Altronics or an authorised service centre for servicing if required.

How do I return an item for repair?

Should a product become faulty please call us on (08) 9428 2122 to obtain a return authorisation number. Please ensure you have all the relevant documentation on hand (such as proof of purchase or original order/invoice number). All repairs are performed by Altronics service centre.

How do I know if my product is still under warranty?

We understand that with a 10 year warranty, its easy to lose track of product documentation. Please contact us on (08) 9428 2122 and provide any identification information you can to help us determine the amplifiers vintage and whether you are entitled to warranty repair service.

Do you sell your products to international customers?

Yes. We can service international customers directly if a dealer is not available in your country.
